Two New York Police Department officers face termination after being suspended without pay for allegedly engaging in sexual activity while on duty at a Bronx precinct station house, exposed when one officer’s ex-partner discovered video evidence and reported it to supervisors.
The Incident and Investigation
Officers Erick Xoyatlacebada, 29, and Yuleni Campos-Saavedra, 29, were suspended without pay on February 24 following allegations of misconduct at the 46th Precinct. According to police sources, the on-duty encounter occurred in the station house locker room, and one of the officers recorded it. The situation came to light when the father of Campos-Saavedra’s child obtained the video and brought it directly to precinct supervisors. The two officers, who collectively earned $222,500 last year, now face likely termination, according to law enforcement sources familiar with the case.

Community Response and Legal Implications
The Police Benevolent Association sent an unofficial email requesting financial support for the suspended officers, describing their situation as a significant burden for families dependent on their income. However, retired officer and civil rights attorney Eric Sanders characterized the conduct as official misconduct and theft of public services. Sanders argued that unauthorized activities during duty hours represent time when emergency calls go unanswered and fellow officers lack backup support. He stated that without immediate termination, the department sends a message that public trust and taxpayer-funded time are negotiable commodities.
Precinct Crime Context
The incident occurs as the 46th Precinct faces serious crime challenges. The precinct experienced a 107.7 percent surge in homicides during 2024 compared to 2023, along with increases in other major crimes. This year, the precinct has recorded two homicides compared to zero during the same period last year. Rape statistics increased 25 percent, though police attribute this to changes in how such crimes are classified. Citywide, major crime decreased six percent this year. Officer Xoyatlacebada joined the department in 2019 and earned $142,000 in 2025, while Campos-Saavedra joined in 2023 and made $80,500 last year. The NYPD confirmed the incident remains under investigation, and Campos-Saavedra declined to comment when reached at her residence.

Its sounds like some serious affirmative action was going on in that precinct and it would still be going on had the child not reported the incident and got the attention of the police commissioner and an election year is coming up!! Evidently NY cops are overpaid and under worked if they have time to pull something like this off at work!
There ain’t no fury like a slut outflanked ! ( The Mentalist) :o)
Maybe they were on lunch break. Pretty foolish to have recorded it for someone else to find. They may have already been “doing it” for years and many more to cum if they hadn’t been caught. lol
