Vincent Anthony Siqueiros, 42, and Cameron Davis Capara, 33, were fatally shot in the parking lot of Venture-N shortly after midnight on Monday. The suspect, Ousman Ceesay, 44, confronted the two victims before opening fire, according to the Tucson Police Department. Ceesay later died from a gunshot wound at a local hospital, though investigators have not released details about how he sustained the injury.

Police found Ceesay carrying a note that listed several businesses serving the same community as Venture-N.
