Tyson DEMANDS Government ‘Show The Alien’ After UFO Files

Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson issued a direct challenge to the Pentagon after the latest UFO file release, demanding officials stop withholding evidence and simply show the public proof of extraterrestrial life if it exists.

Scientist Calls For Full Disclosure

Tyson made his appeal Monday during an appearance on The Fox News Rundown podcast, arguing Americans are prepared for concrete evidence of alien life after decades of conditioning through popular culture. The 67-year-old scientist questioned why the government continues releasing documentation without providing physical proof. He dismissed concerns that revealing an actual alien would cause mass panic, noting the century of alien-themed movies and stories that have primed the public for such a revelation.

The astrophysicist stated he would only be surprised if any alien proved to be humanoid in form. He cited the vast biological variation on Earth, where most life forms bear no resemblance to humans, as statistical evidence that extraterrestrial beings would likely appear drastically different from people.

Trump Orders Mass Declassification

President Trump directed federal agencies in February 2026 to begin declassifying information related to UFOs, extraterrestrial life, and unidentified aerial phenomena. The mandate came after sustained public interest in government knowledge of potential alien encounters. Trump wrote on Truth Social that he was ordering the Secretary of War and other departments to identify and release government files on these matters, which he described as highly complex but extremely important.

The War Department released its third batch of UFO files on June 19, 2026. The collection included 53 documents and 10 images from the CIA, FBI, NASA, and Pentagon, along with six videos and three NASA audio recordings. The materials provide a historical overview of how federal agencies have tracked and investigated unidentified aerial phenomena across multiple decades.

Bizarre Sightings In Official Records

The newly released Pentagon files contain accounts of unusual aerial phenomena that defy conventional explanation. The All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office documented incidents involving luminous orange orbs that appeared to produce smaller red orbs repeatedly over several hours. Another video captured in the Northeastern United States showed orb sightings that officials described as common in that region.

FBI agents personally witnessed strange lights during field investigations. One file described special agents observing white lights with a blue hue appearing at tree line level, pulsing and flashing before disappearing. Former Air Force intelligence officer David Grusch testified at a Capitol Hill event that intelligence agencies have spent billions on unidentified aerial phenomena programs. Trump has publicly expressed skepticism about alien life despite ordering the file releases.
